Part Time Administrative Assistant
Our client in Blackpool is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant for an immediate start.
Role
The company is looking for a confident, highly organised individual who is approachable, flexible and displays excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Outbound calling to existing clients to confirm account details
- Liaising with several departments to make necessary arrangments required
- Confirming outstanding payment amounts to clients
- Reception Inbox emails
- APC log any parcels.
- Other SCM tasks to assist the administration Team
- Data entry onto internal database
Desired Skills and Experience
- Strong communication skills – telephone & written etc
- Previous Admin experience
- Customer Service / office experience
- Organisational skills
- Attention to detail
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday
Pay: £23,500 pro-rata
