Masterstaff are proud to be representing a well-established UK based manufacturer in their search for an experienced Production Planner.

The successful Production Planner will be responsible for planning, organising, and managing production schedules to meet customer demand while ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities will include:

Production Scheduling: Developing and managing production schedules in line with weekly sales stock inventory forecasts and production capacities.

Stock Management: Ensuring availability of raw materials and maintaining appropriate stock levels, liaison with suppliers throughout each necessary stage.

Operational Efficiency: Working closely with production teams and management to enhance efficiency and overcome identified operational challenges.

Compliance: Ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 quality standards, production, and safety regulations.

Communication: Acting as a key link between procurement, production, and sales teams, communicating any raw material shortages or delays where required.

To be considered for this role:

Have demonstrable experience in production planning or a similar role within manufacturing

Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with manufacturing pro cesses, inventory control, and supply chain operations surrounding

Proficient in supply chain systems and excel; knowledge of Sage 200 is a plus
