On behalf of our prestigious Preston based client we are seeking to recruit an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join their busy manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding metal components using various tools and equipment.

Duties
– Perform welding tasks using general welding techniques
– Assemble metal parts using power tools and hand tools
– Weld components together to create finished products
– Work with sheet metal to fabricate structures
– Read written instructions and manufacturing diagrams

Skills
– Proven experience in welding and fabrication techniques
– Ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively
– Knowledge of working with sheet metal
– Mechanical aptitude for problem-solving
